Answer:

Changing FTP Passwords:

1. Login to the Helm control panel 
2. Click on the Domains Icon
3. Click on the Domain Name from the list of hosted domains
4. Click on the FTP Accounts Icon
5. Click on the FTP Account you wish to change the password on
6. Enter the New Password of the account
7. Verify the new password by entering it into the Confirm Password box
8. Click the Save button located in the lower right

NOTE: Write down the new password as you will need to enter it into your FTP program to connect now that the password has been changed
