Sign Up For A Mals-E Account

The first thing you need to do is to get an account with Mals-E so that you can user their service to take payments for goods sold. Mals-E offers free and premium level accounts. This tutorial can be used for either type of account with them.

You must sign up for an account on the Mals-E web site. Once you have an account you will need to know your account number. You can find this when you log into your Mals-E account

Mals-E does not process credit cards directly. They work as an intermediary to send the necessary information to your merchant processor. This is a list of merchant processors supported by Mals-E. If you have a paypal account you can use your existing paypal account to have Mals-E accept credit cards without the purchaser having a paypal account. You will have to select and set up a cart payment method within your Mals-E account.
