 So, you've joined gotFusion. Great! Now What?
How to you get the help you need? What options are available to you as a member? Below are several methods to get in contact with the gotFusion technical staff. Use any or all of them to suit your needs:
To Access gotFusion Technical support:
- www.gotFusion.com: the central point for tutorials, templates, member goodies, tips and tricks, and other services.
- www.gfWebForum.com: the web-based newsgroup forum for gotFusion. For members who cannot use a newsgroup based reader, this is an excellent option.
- The gfWebForum's client service: Need more immediate contact? gotFusion members can also access any gotFusion staff member directly with IM and chat as well as newsgroup messaging with the gfWebForum's client service.
- Outlook Express or other newsgroup reader: servername is www.gfwebforum.com. Set up your news account and check "my news server requires me to log in", using your gotFusion membership username and password as the passwords.
- gotFusion Help Desk, another resource for viewing past issues and posting more technical problems. Cases are sorted by category for easier review
As a member of gotFusion, you are entitled to more access options and newsgroups than non-members. You have faster access and receive priority in responses from the team.
