You can set up NetObjects Fusion to publish files that are external to your web site project
Step 1:
From the NetObjects Fusion Tool bar select Assets
Step 2:
From the NetObjects Fusion Menu Bar select Assets > New File Asset
Step 3:
Browse to the location of the file you wish to have Fusion publish when you generate and upload your web site. Give the file asset a unique name and make sure that you check the box Always publish file.
The file you selected is now part of your NetObjects Fusion site project and will be uploaded along with your html, images, and other related site project files.
This is a good way to include favicon.ico and robots.txt files for your web site
