Set a Form Field Default that Auto-Clears
You can have form fields auto clear when the site visitor selects the field to input their information. This will allow you to provide information about your form to your site visitor that will tell them what to do. When they select the field to enter their information the instructions will disappear

On any input field you wish to have default text, enter it into the form field Text input box. Then click the HTML button on that form field properties palette and paste onFocus="this.value='" within the HTML tag.
This is an excellence way to customize your forms and give your visitors more help in filling them out without taking up extra space on the page
