gotHosting.biz supports the following databases:
- Access 2000 / XP
- SQL Server 2000
- MS SQL 2005
- mySQL 4.1
- mySQL 5.0
We do not support Access 97. If your site uses an Access 97 database, your site may not function at all times. The only solution is to upgrade your database to Access 2000.
While Access 2000 and above are supported, they are not recommended for productions environments and we strongly urge all customers to use mySQL or MS SQL instead of MS Access. Please note the Microsoft article which states the same: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/299974/
