We offer web based email for all shared / reseller customers though SmarterMail's Web Mail interface. You can access this by going to http://mail.yourDomainName.com (you will need to substitute your own domain name for yourDomainName.com).
Log on using:
UserName: yourEmailName@yourDomainName.com
Password: your email password that you assigned to this address
