All toolbars and the menu bar can be moved to any position by grabbing them at the handle and dragging and dropping them where ever you wish them to be
When you have all of your toolbars lined up the way you want them you can save your workspace as a profile that you can call in over and over again.
From the menu bar Select: View > Workspace > Save Workspace As....
Give the workspace a unique name. If you are just updating your workspace after making changes then select the same name as before to overwrite the old workspace profile with the new one.
