Answer:

Creating Sub Domains:

1.  Login to the Helm control panel 
2. Click on the Domains Icon
3. Click on the Domain Name from the list of hosted domains
4. Click on the Sub Domains Icon
5. Click the Add New button in the lower right
6. Enter the Name you wish to use for your new Sub Domain
7. Click the Save button in the lower right
