Answer:

If you need to change your reseller password:

1. Login to the Helm control panel http://helm.gothosting.biz
2. On the main reseller page click on the Password Icon
3. Enter the New Password into the input area
4. Verify the New Password by entering it again in the verify area
5. Click the Save Button
