Question:

How do I set up a custom payment gateway to bill my customers?


Answer:

In order to bill your customers through the Helm control panel you must set up at least one custom payment gateway.

To set up a custom payment gateway:

  1. Login to the Helm control panel http://helm.gothosting.biz
  2. On your Main Reseller Menu page click on the Billing Icon
  3. Click on the Billing Settings Icon
  4. Click on the Payment Gateways Icon
  5. Select a Payment Gateway from the drop down box
  6. Press the Next Button
  7. Each payment gateway will require different information.  You should enter all of the information provided by your merchant processor
    If you have questions about what to enter contact your merchant account holder and ask them for the account information you need to enter.
  8. Click the Save Button when finished

You can enter as many payment gateway options as you wish.  That way when your client makes a payment to you they will select the method that you have set up to send you their payment.
