Check to make sure CSS is enabled
For all versions of Fusion, from the menu bar select Tools > Options > Current Site
Enabling CSS in Fusion 10, 11, and 12
Enabling CSS in Fusion 7, 7.5, 8, and 9
Enabling CSS in Fusion 5 and MX
Products before version 5 do not support CSS
